Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup cooked rice


  • 1 onion finely chopped


  • 1 boil potato finely chopped


  • 3_4 green chillies chopped


  • 1/4 cup coriander


  • 4 tbsp gram flour


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp amchur powder


  • 1 tsp chatmasala


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp asofoetida


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 150gms oil for frying


  • 1 small size cabbage...ings for chilli milli


  • 1 carrot grated


  • 1 cup cottage cheese


  • 2 green capsicum


  • 1 yellow pepper cut lenghtwise


  • 2 onion grind & make a paste


  • 3 tomatoes make a puree


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp turmeri powder


  • 1 tbsp ginger & green chilli paste


  • 2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi


  • 1/2 cup milk


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • 1 cube cheese


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp red & green chilli sauce


  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 12_15 rice pakodas

Directions

  • Method for pakodas
  • Take rice in a bowl and mash it well with your hands.
  • Add all the ingredients and mix well. If required
  • sprinkle some water while mixing and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Now take some mixture in your hand and put in hot oil lower the flame
  • Deep-fry till pakoras are crispy and golden.
  • Drain the oil on a paper towel. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
  • Now here goes the recipe of #Chilli_Milli_Rice_Pakodas
  • Take a kadhai and melt butter add oil
  • when oil is heated add red chilli powder haldi dhania garam ma sala and saute for few minute.
  • Now add the onion paste and garlic chilli paste.
  • Cook continue on a low flame till the raw flavor disappears.
  • Now add tomato puree, cabbage, carrot, capisicum and Mix in salt to taste and cover the pan.
  • Leave to cook for about 2 minutes and then mash the paneer with your hands and mix in gravy with vegetables.
  • Paneer brings a thick consistency in it.
  • Finally add 1/2 cup of milk and Keep the flame very low after adding milk and give a nice stir.
  • Add 1/2 tbsp kasuri methi, -l curd red & green chilli sauce and few coriander leaves stir it well.
  • Now add the pakodas .
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes and finally sprinkle some grated cheese all over
  • Adjust the gravy by adding some milk if it is too thick .
  • Heat oil in a saucepan and slit the green chilies vertically.
  • Shallow fry in oil for a few seconds and garnish on top of the dish.
  • Serve hot immediately
