Ingredients

  • Curry leaves 1 handful


  • Chana dal 2 tablespoon


  • Cumin seeds 1 tablespoon


  • Urad dal 1 tbsp


  • Salt 1 tablespoon


  • Asafoetida 1 pinch


  • Red Chillies 3


  • Seesame oil 2 tbsp


  • Cooked rice 1 cup


  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tablespoon

Directions

  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan add chana dal urad dal cumin seeds asafoetida curry leaves Red Chillies saure for 1 minute
  • Pressure cooker rice and keep it aside
  • Cool the roasted ingredients and powder it
  • Heat 1 tbsp iinf and add mustard seeds curry leaves and curry leaves powder and switch off the flame
  • Add salt and cooked rice and mix well
