Add milk to semolina, mix well and keep it aside
In a plate, mash cooked rice, add green chillies, chopped veggies and mix well
Add rice mixture to semolina mix and mix well
Add breadcrumbs as required to knead dough
Dust surface with flour or use butter paper
Take small portion of dough and cut in shape of donuts. keep it aside. do until dough is completed
Deep fry donuts until golden brown
In microwave safe bowl, add chopped cheese slices with water
Microwave for 2 minutes on high. Allow sauce to cool slightly
Add cheese sauce on top of donuts
Sprinkle oregano, parsley and red chilli flakes. Serve immediately
