Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 150 g Gobindobhog rice/Basmati rice


  • 1 1/2 ltr milk


  • 12 Dates


  • 5 tbsp Sugar


  • 10 Cashew nuts


  • 10-12 Raisins


  • 5 Almonds


  • 3 Green cardamom


  • 50g Khoya


  • 1/2 cup Water

Directions

  • Wash the rise with water.
  • Evaporate the milk for 15 minutes. Then pour the rice into the milk. Stir it continuously.
  • Grind the dates with little amount of milk and add it.
  • When the consistency of kheer will be little bit thick add khoya. After few minutes add sugar. Stir properly for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the gas.
  • For garnishing chop cashew nuts, raisins, 2 dates, almonds and cardamom.
