Wash the rise with water.
Evaporate the milk for 15 minutes. Then pour the rice into the milk. Stir it continuously.
Grind the dates with little amount of milk and add it.
When the consistency of kheer will be little bit thick add khoya. After few minutes add sugar. Stir properly for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the gas.
For garnishing chop cashew nuts, raisins, 2 dates, almonds and cardamom.
