Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • Soaked rice 1/2cup


  • Water for boiling 1 cup


  • Milk 1/2 cup


  • Sugar 2 tablespoon


  • Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon


  • Wheat flour 2 tablespoon


  • Cocoa powder 1 tablespoon


  • Baking powder 1 pinch


  • Thin long Mango slices 1 cup


  • Oil 1 teaspoon

Directions

  • Parboil rice with water and sugar till water evaporates . it should be sticky.
  • Add milk & few drops of vanilla essence in a mixer jar with rice and make coarse paste. Keep this rice mixture aside .
  • To make crepe : Mix flour, cocoa powder , sugar , a pinch of baking powder , water and make a thin batter . Heat tawa and grease with oil . Now make thin crepe with lightly cooked on both sides.
  • Ready all crepes like this.
  • Place cling film on a plate. First place crepe.
  • Arrange medium thin layer rice mixture on it . Dip your fingers in water to avoid sticking. Arrange mango slices on rice now.
  • Now Roll cling film carefully But tightly with the help of hands . Now keep in fridge for an hour . Cut afterwards carefully with a very sharp knife.
  • Serve immediately.
