Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2-3 medium potatoes boiled


  • 1/2 cup boiled peas


  • 1 tsp haldi powder


  • 1-2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp black salt


  • 1/2 - 1 tsp salt


  • 1 green chilli finely chopped


  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger


  • 1-2 slices of bread - powdered

Directions

  • mash boiled potatoes & peas well
  • add powdered bread , salt and other spices
  • mix well and knead into a dough
  • take some potato mixture , shape as tikki
  • refrigerate all tikis for 10 mins
  • grease tawa with some oil
  • shallow fry tikis both sides till crisp
  • serve hot with some tomato sauce
