Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 2-3 medium potatoes boiled

  • 1/2 cup boiled peas

  • 1 tsp haldi powder

  • 1-2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp black salt

  • 1/2 - 1 tsp salt

  • 1 green chilli finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger

  • 1-2 slices of bread - powdered

Directions

    mash boiled potatoes & peas well

  • 02

    add powdered bread , salt and other spices

  • 03

    mix well and knead into a dough

  • 04

    take some potato mixture , shape as tikki

  • 05

    refrigerate all tikis for 10 mins

  • 06

    grease tawa with some oil

  • 07

    shallow fry tikis both sides till crisp

  • 08

    serve hot with some tomato sauce
