Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup cooked rice


  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or as per taste


  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes


  • 3 tbsp corn flour


  • 1 onion finely chopped


  • 2 garlic cloves minced


  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Directions

  • In a bowl, add all ingredients. mix well
  • Mash and knead for 15 minutes until smooth dough is formed
  • Immediately make patties or refrigerate and make later. Dough can be stored for a day
  • Make lemon sized balls from dough and flatten like patties. do until dough is completed
  • Deep fry until golden brown. Allow excess oil to be absorbed by Kitchen towel
  • Serve hot with sauce or chutney
