  • 1 cup hung curd

  • 1 tsp musterd seeds

  • 1 tsp chana dal

  • 1/2 tsp udad dal

  • 3 green chilli long cut

  • 1 tbsp fali

  • 8 kri patta

  • 1 tbsp oil

    Mash the boiled rice

    Add curd and salt

    Mix well

    Take a pan heat oil

    Add fali

    Add chana dal

    Add udad dal

    Saute it till red

    Add musterd seeds

    Add green chilli and kari patta

    Add rice and curd mixture

    Mix properly

    Spread coriander leaves
