Ingredients

  • 1 cup hung curd


  • 1 tsp musterd seeds


  • 1 tsp chana dal


  • 1/2 tsp udad dal


  • 3 green chilli long cut


  • 1 tbsp fali


  • 8 kri patta


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Mash the boiled rice
  • Add curd and salt
  • Mix well
  • Take a pan heat oil
  • Add fali
  • Add chana dal
  • Add udad dal
  • Saute it till red
  • Add musterd seeds
  • Add green chilli and kari patta
  • Add rice and curd mixture
  • Mix properly
  • Spread coriander leaves
  • Ready to serve
