  • 4 medium-sized boiled Potatoes

  • Boiled Cauliflour 1/2 cup

  • Greated Carrot 1/4 cup

  • Capsicum 1/4 cup

  • Spring Onion 2 Tbsp

  • Boiled French Bean 1/4 cup

  • 1 Green Chili 1 medium sized Onion finely chopped Ginger paste-1/4 tsp Garlic Paste -1/4 tsp Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Chat Masala 1/2 tsp Chili Powder 1/4 tsp

    1.TAKE A MIXING BOWL. ADD ALL INGREDIENT WITHOUT EGG,BREADCUMBS.MIX IT WELL

    2.DIVIDE THE MIXTURE INTO EQUAL PORTIONS AND SHAPE THEM INTO SMALL SIZE BALLS.

    3.DIP EACH BALL IN THE EGG MIXTURE AND COAT WITH BREADCUMBS.

    4.HIT SOME OIL IN A PAN.

    5.SHALLOW FRY OR DIP FRY THE PREPARED BALLS IN HOT OIL TILL GOLDEN BROWN AND CRISP. KEEP THE FLAME ON MEDIUM. DRAIN ON ABSORBENT PAPER.

    6.SKEWER EACH FRIED BALL IN THE CENTRE OF THE TOOTHPICK.

    7.SERVE HOT.
