  • 4 medium-sized boiled Potatoes


  • Boiled Cauliflour 1/2 cup


  • Greated Carrot 1/4 cup


  • Capsicum 1/4 cup


  • Spring Onion 2 Tbsp


  • Boiled French Bean 1/4 cup


  • 1 Green Chili 1 medium sized Onion finely chopped Ginger paste-1/4 tsp Garlic Paste -1/4 tsp Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Chat Masala 1/2 tsp Chili Powder 1/4 tsp

Directions

  • 1.TAKE A MIXING BOWL. ADD ALL INGREDIENT WITHOUT EGG,BREADCUMBS.MIX IT WELL
  • 2.DIVIDE THE MIXTURE INTO EQUAL PORTIONS AND SHAPE THEM INTO SMALL SIZE BALLS.
  • 3.DIP EACH BALL IN THE EGG MIXTURE AND COAT WITH BREADCUMBS.
  • 4.HIT SOME OIL IN A PAN.
  • 5.SHALLOW FRY OR DIP FRY THE PREPARED BALLS IN HOT OIL TILL GOLDEN BROWN AND CRISP. KEEP THE FLAME ON MEDIUM. DRAIN ON ABSORBENT PAPER.
  • 6.SKEWER EACH FRIED BALL IN THE CENTRE OF THE TOOTHPICK.
  • 7.SERVE HOT.
