Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 3 1/4 cups of Frozen raspberries

  • 3/4 cup of sugar

  • 3/3 cup of water

  • 2/3 cup of white wine

  • 1 1/2 tsp raspberry brandy

  • 1 1/2 limes

  • 3/4 cup of natural yogurt

  • 1/3 cup of confectioner's sugar

  • 10 mint leaves

Directions

    Zest lime and juice it

  • 02

    Boil water with sugar add raspberries and let simmer for aprox 10_ 12 minutes on low heat

  • 03

    Next puree everything with the hand blender

  • 04

    Next strain the mixture through a strainer into a large bowl

  • 05

    Add white wine raspberry brandy lime juoce, lime zest and mix well with a whisk

    Pour the liquid into the baking dish aprox 25 cm x35cm and put into the freezer

    After aprox 2_3 hours when the edges are pretty frozen stir the mixture onewith a fork. Then leave it in the freezer for at least an additional 2_3 hours to solify

    For the mint yogurt mix natural yogurt with confectioner's sugar and the lime juice

  • 09

    Cut the mint leaves into thin strips and fold into the yogurt
