Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup suji

  • 2 potatoes boiled and mashed

  • 2 onion chopped

  • 1 capsicum chopped

  • 2 green chilli chopped

  • 1 cup fresh cream

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp rai

  • 1 cup coriander leaves

  • 6 bread slice

  • 1 tsp chilli flakes

Directions

    First take a pan heat one tbsp oil

    Add rai

    Add onion chopped and green chilli

    Saute it till pinkish

    Add capsicum

    When capsicum is soft add suji

    Stir it till light brown

    Add 3 cup water and 1 tsp salt

    Mix well

    Keep it slow flame for 5 min.

    Let it cool for 5 min

    Take a bowl put upma ,potato and fresh cream

    Add salt ,chilli flecks and coriander leaves

    Mix well proper

    Take a slice of bread

    Spread the mixture on it

    Heat tava

    Roast it both side with oil or butter

    Serve hot with sauce
