Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 3/4 cup cooked rice (anykind)


  • 1 boiled potato


  • 1/2 onion finely chopped


  • 1/2 capsicum finely chopped


  • 1/2 carrot finely chopped


  • 1 green chilli


  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/4 tsp aamchur


  • 1tsp Salt /to taste


  • Coriander chopped 1 tbsp


  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Directions

  • Boil rice along with potato in a pressure cooker. No need to add extra water
  • Add all ingredients along with rice and boiled potatoes and mash and mix well. The mixture should be able to hold form in shape of balls. Add the cornstarch and mix again
  • Heat oil and drop patties in it. Fry on medium heat till brown on both sides. Serve hot
