  • 1 cup basmati rice

  • 1.5 Cup sprouts green gram

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 4 cardamom( powder)

  • 1 pinch nutmeg powder

  • 2 sticks cinnamon

  • 7-8 black pepper

  • 2 bay leaves

  • 1 tsp fennel seeds

  • 1 tsp grated Ginger

  • 2 tsp pure ghee

  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • At fast take a pan in low medium flame.
  • Put 1 tsp ghee and dry fruits stir it fry them then transfer a bowl
  • Add ghee in the same hot pan add Bay leaves, funnel seeds stirring continues
  • Add grated ginger, cinnamon and black pepper, dry fruits and nuts stir it
  • Now add sprouts and mix it nicely
  • Then add boiled rice in the pan and mix properly add sugar and salt in the pan mix it well
  • You know that when we add sugar so that much moisture in the sprouts rice
  • So we stirring constantly
  • After few minutes the rice is dry
  • Now add cardamom n nutmeg powder mix it well
  • Finally our sweet n healthy rice is ready to serve
  • Take the rice as morning breakfast best for all children and adults
