Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 liter milk


  • 1 cup fresh cream


  • 6 bread piece


  • 1 cup coconut pwd


  • 1/2 cup milk pwd


  • 3 cardamom pwd


  • 5 drops of red rose essance


  • 1/2 cup dry fruits chopped


  • 1 cup suger


  • 1/4 cup icing suger

Directions

  • First boil the milk
  • Add cardamom pwd
  • Add milk pwd and suger
  • Mix well
  • Taking out of half milk in a bowl
  • Boil the half milk in slow flame
  • Make rabdi
  • Off the gas
  • Take a bowl add fresh cream and icing suger
  • Mix it well
  • Cut the bread piece in shape
  • Take a piece of bread deep in rabdi
  • Keep it in serving trey
  • Spread fresh cream on it
  • Cover with another piece of deep bread
  • Take a bowl put coconut pwd and red rose essence mix well
  • Spread coconut pwd on the bread
  • Spread rabdi on it
  • Then spread dry fruits
  • Keep it in freeze for 1 hour
  • Now you serve shahi tukda
