Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 2 cups cooked Rice

  • 1 cups Mix Vegetables like french beans, carrot, capsicum, cabbage.

  • 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped Garlic

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped Spring Onion, greens for garnishing salt to taste

  • 2 tablespoon Schezwan Sauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder

  • 1 tablespoons Oil

Directions

  • 01

    finely chop all vegetables according to your preferences

    chopped garlic and saute for few seconds.

  • 03

    Add chopped spring onion Saute for few minutes

  • 04

    Add chopped vegetables and stire fry on high flame for 4-5 mints they r cook.

  • 05

    Add 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce black pepper and salt to taste.

  • 06

    Add rice and mix well. Toss rice for few mints in high flame. Add spring onions green.

  • 07

    Schezwan rice is ready to serve.
