Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 6 kinnu


  • 1/4 c basmati rice


  • 1/2 c sugar


  • 2 tbsp corn flour


  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios


  • 10 almonds

Directions

  • First wash and dry rice on a cloth for 20 minutes.
  • Now grind rice.
  • Scoop out the kinnu and reserve juice for making jelly.
  • Now cook milk with grind rice. Stir continue
  • Now in a pan boil kinnu juice . keep 2 tbsp juice for desolve corn flour.
  • When it boil add corn flour with little juice and mix.
  • Make jelly of kinnu.
  • Now add sugar in firni.
  • Cook till half.
  • Soaked almond and chopped.
  • When phirni cool down mix with kinnu jelly and almonds.
  • Now fill in kinnu shell and decorate with pistachios.
  • Serve chilled.
