First wash and dry rice on a cloth for 20 minutes.
Now grind rice.
Scoop out the kinnu and reserve juice for making jelly.
Now cook milk with grind rice. Stir continue
Now in a pan boil kinnu juice . keep 2 tbsp juice for desolve corn flour.
When it boil add corn flour with little juice and mix.
Make jelly of kinnu.
Now add sugar in firni.
Cook till half.
Soaked almond and chopped.
When phirni cool down mix with kinnu jelly and almonds.
Now fill in kinnu shell and decorate with pistachios.
Serve chilled.
