  • Ruhi fish head...2


  • Cooked basmati rice...2cup


  • Chopped onion...2


  • Ginger garlic green chilli paste...1tspn


  • Chopped tomato...1


  • Salt...2tspn


  • Ghee...1tspn


  • Oil...4tspn


  • Red chilli powder...1tspn


  • Cumin powder...1tspn


  • Turmeric powder...1tspn


  • Garam masala...1/2tspn


  • Bay leaves...2


  • Dry red chilli...2


  • Star anise...1


  • Green cardamom...2


  • Cinnamon stick...1/2"

Directions

  • Marinate the fish heads with salt, red chilli powder & turmeric powder.Heat oil & fry it.
  • Take out from oil & keep aside.
  • Fry boiled potato in the same oil & then take out from oil.
  • Now add bay leaves, dry red chilli, cinnamon stick, green cardamom & star anise in oil & saute it for a while.
  • Add chopped onion, tomato & ginger_garlic_green chilli paste.Make a smooth mixture of it.
  • Add all spices & 1 cup of hot water.
  • Add fried potato & fish heads.Mix it well with spices.Cook it for few minutes.
  • Now add cooked rice & mix it well.Cover it & cook it few more minutes
  • Finally adjust salt & add ghee.Switch off the flame & serve it.Its a very delicious one pot meal.
