Put the cream in refrigerator for 30min before whisking.
Put the bowl and whisker also in refrigerator for 30min before.
Take a chilled bowl add chilled cream in it whisk it for 2min on medium speed.
Add sugar and vanilla extract then whisk it on high speed till high peak.
Add milk mix it well then whisk it for 1min more.
Take an air tight container pour the ice cream batter then sprinkle some choco chips if you want and tightly close the box.
Put the container in refrigerator for 8_10hours.
After 10 hours serve it by garnish of chocolate chips.
