Ingredients
Serves 4
2 boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes
1.5 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1.5 teaspoon red chilli powder
1.5 coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam /Chaat masala powder
100 mili litre of idli/dosa batter
1 large chopped finely onion
1 tomato finely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
3-4 tablespoon oil
4-5 tablespoon of finely chopped coriander leaves
4-5 tablespoon ketchup of your choice
Directions
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a saucepan and add the chopped onions
Sauté for 1 minute and add the mashed potatoes, tomato chopped
Season with salt and dry spices
Mix well and add lemon juice and coriander leaves
Mix and take off heat. our stuffing is ready
Keep the saucepan covered to keep the mixture warm
Non heat about 1.5 teaspoon oil on a non stick / dosa pan
Add salt to taste and if needed some water to the dosa batter to create a semi liquidy batter(not very thick/runny)
Pour a laddle full of batter in the center of the pan and spread to the circumference of an uttapam(you may spread it thin if desired)
Cook on both sides on Low heat (add a teaspoon oil to the sides if needed)
Take off heat once done and place the cooked wrap on a plate
Spoon 2 tablespoon of the potato mixture on the center of the wrap
Add a tablespoon of ketchup over the mixture(optional) and fold in from both sides
Seal the wrap with a toothpick/ wrap half of wrap with a aluminium foil
