  • ½ Cup Rice Flour ½ Cup Suji ( Semolina) ¼ Cup Maida 2-3 tsp Curd 1 Medium size Finely chopped onion Finely chopped coriander Few Curry leaves 1 Finely chopped green chilli Salt to taste Small ginger piece finely chopped ½ tsp Cumin seeds (Jeera)


  • 1 Add all the ingredients in a big bowl, add 1 glass of water in it and make a Pouring consistency batter. 2. Rest it for 5 min. After 5 min. Add ¼ glass of water more bcoz rava and rice flour absorb some water. 3. Heat a pan on High flame , Greese some oil on it. Put flame on High, when pan gets hot , pour batter on It , flame should be high all time. 4. Let it on High flame for 2- 3 min. 5. After it Dosa gets Crispy and ready Serve it with coconut Chutney.
