Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup rice

  • 4 potatoes boiled

  • 3 green chilli chopped

  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp dry mango pwd

  • 2 tsp garm masala

  • 2 tsp red chilli pwd

  • 1 drop yellow colour

  • 2 cup fresh cream

  • 1/4 cup kishmish

  • 3 onion paste

  • 4 tometo paste

  • 2 tsp ginger garlic and green chilli paste

  • 2 tsp cashchew ,poppy seeds and saunf paste

  • 1 tsp turmric pwd

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup water

    Take a bowl mix rice,potatoes mashed

    Green chilli ,coriander leaves salt ,garam masala,red chilli pwd,yellow colour,mix it

    take some mixture of it keep FREASH cream and kishmish

  • 04

    Pack it like a kofta deep fry the balls

    Take a pan heat 1 tbsp oil

    Add onion paste,

    Saute it till brownish

    Add ginger garlic paste

    Add tometo paste

    Saute it well add all masala

    When greavy is thick add kaju paste,

    Add fresh cream and milk

    Close with lid

    Keep it slow flame till 8 min.

    When oil cone out off the gas

    Take a serving trey put greavy

    Keep kofta on it

    Spread coriander leaves

    Serve hot with roti or naan
