Boil water with salt. Switch off.
Add soya chunks and rest for 25 minutes
Drain and squeeze excess water. Keep it aside
Heat oil in a pan, saute onion with little salt until translucent
Add bell pepper or capsicum and stir fry for 2 minutes
Add spice powders salt and sugar. Mix well
Add water, vinegar and sauce. Mix well
Add soya chunks and mix until chunks are well coated with masalas
Add coriander leaves and mix well
Place roti or tortillas on a plate
Add lettuce leaves and soya chunks topping
Tightly roll and pin with toothpick. Cover with foil to prevent contents from falling from bottom
Serve immediately with sauce or chutney
