Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1/2 cup soya chunks


  • 3 rotis/ wheat tortillas


  • 2 tbsp tomato chilli sauce


  • 2-3 tbsp oil


  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder


  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or as per taste


  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar


  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar


  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala


  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  • 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric


  • 1 small onion sliced


  • 3 lettuce leaves


  • 1/2 Bell pepper or capsicum julienne


  • 3-4 tablespoons water

Directions

  • Boil water with salt. Switch off.
  • Add soya chunks and rest for 25 minutes
  • Drain and squeeze excess water. Keep it aside
  • Heat oil in a pan, saute onion with little salt until translucent
  • Add bell pepper or capsicum and stir fry for 2 minutes
  • Add spice powders salt and sugar. Mix well
  • Add water, vinegar and sauce. Mix well
  • Add soya chunks and mix until chunks are well coated with masalas
  • Add coriander leaves and mix well
  • Place roti or tortillas on a plate
  • Add lettuce leaves and soya chunks topping
  • Tightly roll and pin with toothpick. Cover with foil to prevent contents from falling from bottom
  • Serve immediately with sauce or chutney
