clean and soak rice for 6 hours train excess water
grind rice ,half cup grated coconut with adequate water to form smooth batter
add salt and water mix well , the batter should be watery consistency
carefully pour ladle of Batter On hot tawa and spread . cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
do not flip and cook . Fold the dosa on tawa ,do not brown the dosa.Do until batter is completed. Neer Dosa is ready
heat 2 teaspoon oil add jeera ,chana dal ginger and garlic stir fry for 3 minutes
add chopped coriander and mint leaves stir fry until the lightly wilt. allow to cool completely
grind coconut above mixture , green chilli salt tamarind and water to form smooth chutney
heat 2 teaspoon oil in a plan and splutter mustard seeds
add curry leaves and mix for few seconds . Add seasoning to chutney
serve neer dosa hot with kothamalli chutney
