Make a paste of cooked rice, cardamom, mawa, flour & curd
Add beetroot juice & hot water to make thick batter.
Batter consistency should be like dosa batter.
Now pour the batter in a bottle & make a whole on the top of the bottle.
Heat ghee & fry the jalebis till it crispy.
Make sugar syrup with sugar & water.Dip the jalebis in syrup for 3 to 5 minutes & then serve.
