Ingredients

  • Cooked rice...1cup


  • Flour...4tspn


  • Curd...1/2cup


  • Green cardamom...2


  • Beetroot juice...5 to 6 tspn


  • Sugar...1cup


  • Water...1cup


  • Ghee...1cup

Directions

  • Make a paste of cooked rice, cardamom, mawa, flour & curd
  • Add beetroot juice & hot water to make thick batter.
  • Batter consistency should be like dosa batter.
  • Now pour the batter in a bottle & make a whole on the top of the bottle.
  • Heat ghee & fry the jalebis till it crispy.
  • Make sugar syrup with sugar & water.Dip the jalebis in syrup for 3 to 5 minutes & then serve.
