Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1cup semolina

  • 1cup water

  • 1/2tsp salt

  • 1/2tsp red chilli powder

  • 18-20 small cheese cubes for stuffing.

  • 1small onion diced

  • 1small capsicum diced

  • 1tsp soya sauce

  • 1/2tsp vinegar

  • 1/2tsp chilli sauce

  • 1/2tsp tomato sauce

  • 4garlic pods crushed

  • 5-6tbsp oil for frying.

  • 1/4th tsp black pepper powder

Directions

    In a pan,add water ,semolina ,salt and red chilli powder

    Cook till it soaks all the water and forms a dough.

    Knead it nicely for 2mins.

    Make small balls and stuff the cheese cubes.Seal the edges nicely.

    Deep fry till light golden.

  • 06

    In another pan,heat 3tsp oil.add garlic.saute till pink.

    Add onions and capsicum.cook for 2mins.

    Now add all the sauces,fried balls ,lil more salt according to taste and black pepper.

    Toss gently.Garnish with fresh coriander.

    Serve hot.
