  • 1cup semolina

  • 1cup water

  • 1/2tsp salt

  • 1/2tsp red chilli powder

  • 18-20 small cheese cubes for stuffing.

  • 1small onion diced

  • 1small capsicum diced

  • 1tsp soya sauce

  • 1/2tsp vinegar

  • 1/2tsp chilli sauce

  • 1/2tsp tomato sauce

  • 4garlic pods crushed

  • 5-6tbsp oil for frying.

  • 1/4th tsp black pepper powder


  • In a pan,add water ,semolina ,salt and red chilli powder
  • Cook till it soaks all the water and forms a dough.
  • Knead it nicely for 2mins.
  • Make small balls and stuff the cheese cubes.Seal the edges nicely.
  • Deep fry till light golden.
  • In another pan,heat 3tsp oil.add garlic.saute till pink.
  • Add onions and capsicum.cook for 2mins.
  • Now add all the sauces,fried balls ,lil more salt according to taste and black pepper.
  • Toss gently.Garnish with fresh coriander.
  • Serve hot.
