soak rice in water for 30minutes
remove extra water from rice after 30minutes
grind soaked rice and cashews to a fine paste
heat milk in a vessel
as milk starts boiling add rice paste in it and stir contineuosly
add sugar mix well cook on low flame till rice get cooked properly and mixture become thick
switch off the flame phirni is ready keep aside let it cools down little
divide prepared phirni in four parts
mix rose syrup in one part ,chocolate syrup in second part,khus syrup in third and seffron syrup in fourth part
chill all the flavours of phirni
pour one by one in serving glass
garnish with cashews and cherries and serve
