Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1/4cup rice


  • 4cups milk


  • 1/4cup sugar


  • 7-8cashews


  • 2tbsp rose syrup


  • 2tbsp khus syrup


  • 2tbsp chocolate syrup


  • 2tbsp seffron syrup


  • 3-4cherries for garnish

Directions

  • soak rice in water for 30minutes
  • remove extra water from rice after 30minutes
  • grind soaked rice and cashews to a fine paste
  • heat milk in a vessel
  • as milk starts boiling add rice paste in it and stir contineuosly
  • add sugar mix well cook on low flame till rice get cooked properly and mixture become thick
  • switch off the flame phirni is ready keep aside let it cools down little
  • divide prepared phirni in four parts
  • mix rose syrup in one part ,chocolate syrup in second part,khus syrup in third and seffron syrup in fourth part
  • chill all the flavours of phirni
  • pour one by one in serving glass
  • garnish with cashews and cherries and serve
