Take a mixer jar put rice
Grind the rice
Take a bowl put rice and mashed paneer
Keep a side
Take another bowl put dry fruits,coconut pwd and red rose essence
Mix well
Take some mixture of rice and paneer mixture
Keep dry fruits on it
Pack it like a ball
Then deep fry the balls
Now take a pan put suger and water
Boil it till 5 min
Take another pan boil the milk
Boiled it till milk was one forth
Now add milk pwd mix well off the gas
Rabdi is ready
Take ras balls dip in suger syrup for half hour
Now taking out the chashni
Put it in the Rabdi for 10 min.
Take a serving plate keep balls on it
Spread rabdi on it
Spread dry fruits mixture
Keep it in the freeze for half hour
Now serve
