Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup boiled rice


  • 1 cup paneer greated or mashed


  • 1 cup cashchew and almond chopped


  • 1/2 cup coconut pwd


  • 1 cup suger


  • 1 liter milk


  • 2 tbsp milk pwd.


  • 4 cardamom pwd


  • 1 /2 tsp red rose essance


  • 4 tbsp oil for frying


  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  • Take a mixer jar put rice
  • Grind the rice
  • Take a bowl put rice and mashed paneer
  • Keep a side
  • Take another bowl put dry fruits,coconut pwd and red rose essence
  • Mix well
  • Take some mixture of rice and paneer mixture
  • Keep dry fruits on it
  • Pack it like a ball
  • Then deep fry the balls
  • Now take a pan put suger and water
  • Boil it till 5 min
  • Take another pan boil the milk
  • Boiled it till milk was one forth
  • Now add milk pwd mix well off the gas
  • Rabdi is ready
  • Take ras balls dip in suger syrup for half hour
  • Now taking out the chashni
  • Put it in the Rabdi for 10 min.
  • Take a serving plate keep balls on it
  • Spread rabdi on it
  • Spread dry fruits mixture
  • Keep it in the freeze for half hour
  • Now serve
