Take a bowl add besan ,1 tsp red chilli pwd
1 onion chopped ,1 tsp turmric pwd hing,salt
Salt ,garam masala 1 tbsp oil
Mix all ing. Make a tight daugh
Make roll and cut it in small pieces
Boil the 1 cup water put this roll in it
After 10 min. Off the gas
Take a pan fry all gatta pieces
Now take a pan heat 1 tbsp oil
Add 2 onion chopped and green chilli
When onion is pinkish add red chilli pwd ,turmric pwd,garam masala and salt
Mix well
Then add boiling gatta water
When boil water add rice and gatta
Keep it slow flame for 7 to 9 min.
Now spread coriander leaves
Serve hot with curd or raita
