Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cup rice boiled


  • 1 carrot chopped


  • 4 onion long cut


  • 1 capsicum chopped


  • 1 cup cauliflower chopped


  • 2 tometo chopped


  • 4 chilli chopped


  • 1 cup coriander leaves


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1 tsp turmric pwd


  • 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 potato long cut

Directions

  • First take a pan heat oil
  • Add onion and green chilli
  • Saute it till brown
  • Add veggies
  • Spread salt keep it slow flame for 5 min
  • When veggies is soft add pav bhaji masala ,red chilli pwd,and turmric pwd
  • Mix well
  • Add tometo chopped
  • Close with lid for 5 min
  • After that add rice in it
  • Mix well add coriander leaves
  • Keep it slow flame for 10 min
  • Serve hot with curd or raita
