Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2 cup rice boiled

  • 1 carrot chopped

  • 4 onion long cut

  • 1 capsicum chopped

  • 1 cup cauliflower chopped

  • 2 tometo chopped

  • 4 chilli chopped

  • 1 cup coriander leaves

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd

  • 1 tsp turmric pwd

  • 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 potato long cut

Directions

    First take a pan heat oil

    Add onion and green chilli

  • 03

    Saute it till brown

    Add veggies

    Spread salt keep it slow flame for 5 min

    When veggies is soft add pav bhaji masala ,red chilli pwd,and turmric pwd

    Mix well

    Add tometo chopped

    Close with lid for 5 min

    After that add rice in it

    Mix well add coriander leaves

    Keep it slow flame for 10 min

    Serve hot with curd or raita
