Ingredients

  • Cooked basmati rice....1cup


  • Chopped vegetables (peas,carrot,cauliflower,beans)...1bowl


  • Potato...2


  • Boiled Egg...1


  • Chopped onion...1


  • For Onion ring...1 onion


  • Ginger garlic paste...1tspn


  • Red chilli powder...1tspn


  • Biryani masala...1tspn


  • Metthi atar...1drop


  • Rose water...2drop


  • Keora water...1drop


  • Ghee...2tspn


  • Salt...2tspn


  • Oil...1tspn

Directions

  • Cut potato in round & thick.Heat oil, add red chilli powder & turmeric powder fry the potatoes in it.After that take out.
  • Fry onion rings & then take out from oil.
  • Fry boiled egg rings in the same oil & then take out
  • Now add chopped onion,ginger garlic paste in the same oil .Saute it for a while & then add chopped vegetables & all spices.Cook it until it turn soft.
  • Now in a pan add cooked rice & then add ghee & saffron soaked milk.Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Now take a heavy bottomed vessel.Put fried egg pieces & cooked vegetables first.
  • Then add rice layer & decorate with fried potato pieces.
  • Then add fried onion rings & again rice layer.Spread ghee & cover the vessel with lid & cook it for 5 mins.
  • Take a plate now, flip the vessel & just move the plate a little bit.Biryani will spread all over the plate & the beauty can be seen from all corner.
