Chocolate Apple Candy

Ingredients

Serves 6

  • White Chocolate 1 cup

  • Dark Chocolate 1 cup

  • Desiccated Coconut 1/4 cup

  • Crushed Peanuts 1/4 cup

  • Sprinkles / Sweet Fennel Seeds 1/4 cup

  • Fresh washed Apples 2 nos

  • Long Toothpicks 6 nos

Directions

    Take Apple and remove both side’s edges of the Apple.

    Cut Slices of the Apple around ½-inch thick round candy.

  • 03

    Remove stem and seeds from the slices.

  • 04

    Insert toothpick into the slice from one end and repeat the same to all the slices.

  • 05

    Melt the dark and white chocolate with double boiler method (sauce pan half filled with water and above it glass bowl filled with chocolates respectively)

    Coat the Apple slices with your choice of chocolate coating.

    Sprinkle garnishing of your choice either desiccated Coconut or crushed Peanuts or Sweet Fennel seeds or just opposite Chocolate over candy.

    Place the candies on butter paper and refrigerate for 60Min.

  • 09

    Remove set candies and it is now ready to serve.
