  • White Chocolate 1 cup

  • Dark Chocolate 1 cup

  • Desiccated Coconut 1/4 cup

  • Crushed Peanuts 1/4 cup

  • Sprinkles / Sweet Fennel Seeds 1/4 cup

  • Fresh washed Apples 2 nos

  • Long Toothpicks 6 nos


  • Take Apple and remove both side’s edges of the Apple.
  • Cut Slices of the Apple around ½-inch thick round candy.
  • Remove stem and seeds from the slices.
  • Insert toothpick into the slice from one end and repeat the same to all the slices.
  • Melt the dark and white chocolate with double boiler method (sauce pan half filled with water and above it glass bowl filled with chocolates respectively)
  • Coat the Apple slices with your choice of chocolate coating.
  • Sprinkle garnishing of your choice either desiccated Coconut or crushed Peanuts or Sweet Fennel seeds or just opposite Chocolate over candy.
  • Place the candies on butter paper and refrigerate for 60Min.
  • Remove set candies and it is now ready to serve.
