Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 3-4 boiled potatoes

  • 1/2 cup rawa

  • 2-3 green chillies chopped

  • 1 tbsp garlic chopped

  • 1 tspn salt

  • 1 cup warm water

  • 2-3 cups oil for frying

  • 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise for drizzle

Directions

    Add warm water to the sooji & keep it covered for 5-7 minutes. It will resemble like a paste . Mix throughly & keep aside

  • 02

    Mash the boil potatoes & add the green chillies, garlic, salt, rawa paste, & make a soft dough. Fill this mixture in a piping bag(already fitted with star nozzle) Heat oil & pipe the mixture like churros in the hot oil . Deep fry on medium heat until golden.

    Drizzle mayonnaise & Serve hot with dips of ur choice
