Ingredients

  • Left over or fresh rice...1cup

  • Green cardamom...3

  • Corn flour...1tspn

  • All purpose flour...1tspn

  • Sugar...1cup

  • Water...4cup

Directions

    Take rice & green cardamom in a mixing jar & blend it to make a smooth paste.

    Grease a plate with oil, mix mashed rice, corn flour & flour.Mix it well & make a dough of it.Keep rest for 10 mins.

    After 10 mins, make small balls from dough.

    Boil sugar syrup with water.When the bubbles will come, add rice balls gently in syrup.

    Boil the balls in syrup in medium flame with lid for 10 mins.

    After 10 mins it will double in size.open the lid & boil it 5 mins more.

    Then switch off the gas.Make it cool & then refrigerate it.

    Serve it chilled
