Ingredients

  • Basmati rice 1cup


  • Carrot 2tbsp


  • Beans 2 tbsp chopped


  • Capsicum 1chopped


  • Corn 2tbsp


  • Peas 2tbsp


  • Onion 1chopped


  • Pizza pasta sauce 2tbsp


  • Ginger garlic paste 1tsp


  • Chilli sauce 1tbsp


  • Oregano 1tsp


  • Green chillies 5 chopped


  • Red chilli flakes 1tsp


  • Butter 2tbsp


  • Cheese cube 2


  • Mozerella cheese grated 2tbsp


  • Vinegar 1 teaspoon


  • Pepper powder 1tsp


  • Salt 1.5tsp

Directions

  • Soak rice for an hour
  • Boil and drain the rice when cooked
  • Heat butter add oregano
  • Add ginger garlic paste
  • Add all veggie and saute for 5minutes
  • Add the sauces and salt to taste
  • Cook till veggies cooked properly
  • Add pepper powder and vinegar
  • In a baking dish arrange the boiled rice and then layer the prepared veggies
  • On top add the grated cheese and bake in oven for 20minutes
