Wash the rice and soak in the 3 cup of water, add salt,ginger garlic paste,green chilli extract for 2 hour.
After 2 hour drain the water and keep aside.
Now in the bowl add minced chicken,ginger,garlic, carrots,cabbage,spring onions,soya sauce,black pepper and salt.
Mix it properly.
Make small equal size balls .
Get the steamer ready.Grease the plate.
Roll minced chicken balls in the soaked row rice.
Place the rolled balls on grease plate.
Don't place very near ,it will expands...
Steam rolled chicken balls for 20 minutes on high flame.
Njoy with sauce...
