Boiled mashed Beetroot 1 Boiled and mashed potatoes 3 Bread crumbs 1/2 cup Oregano 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1/2 tsp Chopped Coriander leaves 1/2 cup Salt to taste Oil for deep frying.
Grate the Beetroot and mix all the above ingredients. Shape them into triangles and deep fry them. While serving I have topped it with beaten curds and hotband sour ketchup.
