1/2 cup oats (porridge oats)
2 cups milk
1 banana chopped
2 Strawberries chopped
1 tablespoon Honey
2-3 soaked almonds
Directions
Mix oats and milk in a bowl and microwave it for 3 minutes
Now check if oats are cooked properly.
Add chopped banana, strawberries and honey. You can take any other fruits.
Chopp soaked almonds and add it to the porridge.
Mix everything well and healthy bowl is ready.
