Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats (porridge oats)


  • 2 cups milk


  • 1 banana chopped


  • 2 Strawberries chopped


  • 1 tablespoon Honey


  • 2-3 soaked almonds

Directions

  • Mix oats and milk in a bowl and microwave it for 3 minutes
  • Now check if oats are cooked properly.
  • Add chopped banana, strawberries and honey. You can take any other fruits.
  • Chopp soaked almonds and add it to the porridge.
  • Mix everything well and healthy bowl is ready.
