Mango Ice-cream should be melted normally. It should be at room temperature
Preheat oven to 180 and line muffin tin
Sieve baking powder, flour and salt. Keep it aside
In seperate bowl, add Ice-cream, sprinklers and sugar. Mix well
Add dry ingredients. Cut and fold gently until well combined. It will be sticky batter
Fill muffins upto 2/3 level and bake for 18-20 minutes until done. Toothpick inserted into the centre should come out clean
Allow to cool for 30 minutes. Garnish with fresh mangoes / whipped cream and serve
