Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 350 gms paneer


  • 1 bunch spinach leaves ( clean, washed)


  • 1/2 cup hung curd


  • 4-5 slices of brown bread


  • 2 tsp black pepper pwdr, salt to taste


  • 1 carrot grated 2 green chillies finely chopped 4-5 garlic cloves chopped


  • 2 tsp Garam masala powder


  • 1 tbsp grated ginger


  • 1 onion finely chopped


  • 1 cup coriander leaves chopped


  • 3-4 tbsps of olive oil for shallow fry


  • 1/2 cup sprouted moong dal

Directions

  • blend brown bread slices in a blender just like crumbs . grate/ crumble paneer in a large mixing bowl. blanch spinach leaves & make puree .
  • add the bread crumbs, spinach puree, hung curd, salt, pepper pwdr, carrot, green chillies, chopped garlic, garam masala pwdr, grated ginger, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, & sprouted moong dal to the grated paneer. combine all the ingredients & make a soft dough .
  • pinch out equal lemon size balls & flatten them with the help of ur palm tomake circular tikkis. refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • heat oil in a non stick pan & shallow fry the tikkis till brown on both sides . serve hot with salads/dips of your choice.
