500 gms Maida
2 tspn garlic pwdr
1 tspn salt
1 tspn oregano herb
2 tbsp yeast
2 cups lukewarm water
1 tspn sugar
for stuffing: 1 cup boneless chicken cut into small pieces
2 Green chilles chopped 1 Capsicum chopped , 1 Onion chopped ,1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 cup boiled corn kernels
3-4 cheese cubes
2-3 tbsp pizza sauce
1/2 cup sesame seeds
4-5 tbsp oil
in a bowl add warm water , yeast & sugar . mix well & let it bloom in a warm place for few minutes.
in a mixing bowl combine maida,salt,garlic powder & oregano herb. mix well & add the bloomed yeast. mix throughly & knead a soft dough. apply sum oil on the dough & cover it with a cling film. keep it to rest in a warm place so that it doubles in size.
meanwhile for stuffing: heat oil in a kadhai. add chopped garlic & stir fry for few minutes. add green chilles, onion, capsicum & chicken . cook for few minutes until moisture evaporates. add salt & black pepper pwdr . cook till chicken is tender & done .
let the mixture cool down
now uncover the dough & place on clean surface. punch back the dough n knead again . pinch out lemon size equal balls.
place a dough ball in ur palms & flatten it like a circular shape . add a spoonful of chicken muxture in the centre & add a cheese cube.
seal the dough ball from all sides . shape like oval ball.
do this for remaining mixture & dough ball.
grease a baking tray & arrange all the pizza balls in the tray. brush the top surface of the ball with pizza sauce & oil . sprinkle sesame seeds.
bake in a pre-heated oven on 180c until its golden on top .
serve hot with french fries
