Ingredients

200 grams paneer
6 tomatoes
4 onions
1 Green Chilli
2 tablespoon curd
2 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 Cardamom
1 cinnamon
2 bay leaf
3 cloves
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon gram masala powder
1/2 teaspoon chilly powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
Salt 2 taste
Directions
Grind tomatoes, 2 onions, green chilli, Cumin seeds and 2 tablespoon curd to smooth paste.
Heat tablespoons oil and tablespoon butter.
Add cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf and cloves.
Add 2 thin sliced onions and fry till they turn Brown.
Add the ground paste and fry for a minute
Add the powdered spices, give it a good stir and cook covered for 5 minutes on low heat.
Add the diced Paneer, salt to taste and cook for a minute on high flame.
