Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3/4 cup thick yoghurt


  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric


  • 1 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder


  • 2 tbsp besan


  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon amchur powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala


  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder


  • 150g paneer cubed


  • 1/2 onion cubed


  • 1/2 bell pepper cubed


  • 1/4 teaspoon ajwain


  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 1 teaspoon oil


  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed Kasuri methi


  • 3/4 teaspoon salt or as per taste


  • 1/2 capsicum cubed


  • 7-8 teaspoon mint mayonnaise or green chutney


  • 4 wheat tortillas or roti


  • 4 teaspoon Cabbage shredded


  • 4 lettuce leaves


  • 2 tbsp oil for grilling/ roasting

Directions

  • In a bowl, whisk yogurt, all spice powders, salt, 1 teaspoon oil, lemon juice, besan, Ajwain, ginger garlic paste and kasuri methi
  • Add Paneer, onions, capsicum and Bell pepper. Marinate for 1 hour
  • Grease grill pan, add marinate paneer and veggies and grill until cooked on all sides
  • Alternatively this can be cooked in a pan. Heat 2 tbsp oil
  • Add marinated paneer and veggies. Simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Now roast paneer mixture
  • Take a tortilla or roti in a plate. It's preferable to use tortillas warm else warm it before using it
  • Spread green chutney or mint mayonnaise all over
  • Place lettuce leaf, on top place shredded cabbage with Paneer tikka mixture
  • Optionally you can grate cheese over the mixture. I skipped it
  • Now roll the wrap tightly. Cover with foil or butter paper. Serve immediately
