In a bowl, whisk yogurt, all spice powders, salt, 1 teaspoon oil, lemon juice, besan, Ajwain, ginger garlic paste and kasuri methi
Add Paneer, onions, capsicum and Bell pepper. Marinate for 1 hour
Grease grill pan, add marinate paneer and veggies and grill until cooked on all sides
Alternatively this can be cooked in a pan. Heat 2 tbsp oil
Add marinated paneer and veggies. Simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Now roast paneer mixture
Take a tortilla or roti in a plate. It's preferable to use tortillas warm else warm it before using it
Spread green chutney or mint mayonnaise all over
Place lettuce leaf, on top place shredded cabbage with Paneer tikka mixture
Optionally you can grate cheese over the mixture. I skipped it
Now roll the wrap tightly. Cover with foil or butter paper. Serve immediately
