Ingredients

  • Brown bread piece....6

  • Boiled potato....2

  • Chopped onion...1

  • Chopped carrot...1

  • Chopped capsicum...1

  • Peas...3tspn

  • Green chilli paste...1tspn

  • Chopped coriander leaves....3tspn

  • Salt...1tspn

  • Butter....3cubes

Directions

    Heat 1 tspn butter, add chopped onion & saute it for a while.

    Add chopped carrot , capsicum & cook it for 5 to 7 mins.

    Add boiled, mashed potato, salt & coriander leaves.Mix it well & switch off the flame.

    Now take brown bread slices.Cut the edges & roll it with roller pin.

    Make a paste of 2tspn flour & 2tspn water.

  • 06

    Use this paste on the edges of the bread.Put one tspn potato mixture in the centre of the bread & seal it properly using with the paste.

    Now heat butter & fry all the sides.

    Its ready now.Serve it with any of your favourite dip sauce.
