All purpose flour...1cup
Boiled moong dal paste...1cup
Carom seeds powder...1tsp
Green chilli paste...1tspn
Chopped vegetables (peas, carrot, cauliflower,capsicum)...1bowl
Ginger garlic paste...1tspn
Pav bhaji masala...3tspn
Red chilli powder...1tspn
Make a dough of flour, dal paste, carom seeds powder, ghee ,salt & green chilli paste.Cover it & keep aside.
Heat butter,add cumin seeds & let it crackle.
Add chopped onion, ginger paste & saute it for a while.
Add tomato paste & mix it well.
Add boiled & mashed vegetables , potato & all spices.Cook it for 10 mins.Don't mix water.
Add butter, coriander leaves & lemon juice.Mix it well & switch off the flame.
Now take some portion from dough & roll some very thin poori.
Put 1tspn pav bhaji mixture in the centre of the poori & wrap it well.
Now place the rolls in a greased baking trey , brush butter on the top & sides of the rolls .Bake it in pre heated oven at 200℃ for 15 mins.
Turn them & bake other sides for 5 more mins.
Sprinkle red chilli powder & chat masala.
Its ready to serve now
