For meatballs
In a bowl, add minced meat, breadcrumbs, parmesan salt, beaten egg, red chilli flakes, oregano and parsley and mix well
Knead the mixture well together and make equal size balls
Shallow fry the meatballs in olive oil until cooked from all sides. keep it aside
For Spaghetti sauce
In saucepan, heat 2 teaspoon olive oil
Add onions and saute until translucent
Add bay leaf, tomatoes Puree and salt. Mix well
Add tomato sauce. Simmer and cook until sauce starts thickening
Add meatballs to sauce. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes
In serving plate, add cooked spaghetti. Top with meatballs in sauce. Garnish with oregano parsley and grated cheese. Serve warm
