  • Boiled rice 250 gm


  • Boiled peas 1 cup


  • carrot 1


  • Capsicum 1


  • Green chilly 2


  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbspn


  • Onion 1


  • Cumin 1/2tbspn


  • Salt 1 tbspn


  • Tomato 1


  • Ghee 2 tbsp


  • Fresh coriander 1 bunch

Directions

  • 1.Heat a pan add ghee now add cumin onion ginger garlic paste saute for 2 min now add tomato cook for 2 min 2.now add all the veggies n again saute for 5 min now add salt n boiled peas n rice mix well garnish with fresh coriander leaves..fried rice ready...happy cooking😊
