In a mixing bowl add the chicken, buttermilk, season with salt and mix well. Keep aside for 10-15 mins.
Drain and add cracked peppercorns, salt, turmeric powder onion powder, oregano, chilly flakes, ginger garlic paste, cornflour, egg and mix well incorporating everything well together.
In a separate bowl add the crushed cornflakes. Take the chicken pieces and coat them in the Cornflakes one by one. Let it stand for 5-10 mins.
Heat oil in a pan. Drop the chicken in the hot oil and fry them in medium heat till golden and crisp approx 10-12 mins.
