  • 250 grams digestive biscuits

  • 150 grams mixed nuts powdered fine

  • 200 gm melted butter

  • 250 Gram Creme cheese

  • 150 Gram castor sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 3-4 walnuts chopped

  • 250 Gram mixed fruits of your choice


  • Dry grind the biscuits fine
  • Place them in a bowl and add butter and mixed nuts powdered
  • Mix well and place them in a cake mould.spread and layer the biscuit well on the surface
  • press with the help of a spatula till the layer looks flat and set
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour for the biscuit layer to set firm
  • Meanwhile, rinse and peel fruits which needs to be
  • take off the mould after refrigeration
  • Now layer the creme cheese over the biscuit layer. Spread and layer well by covering the biscuit layer
  • TOP with sliced fruits and chopped walnuts creatively
  • Let the cake set in the fridge for 3-4 hours before you can dig into it chilled!
  • my tip: Besides tiny fruits like blueberries, slice the rest in halves or 3-4 thin slices if possible
  • my tip: For the creme cheese layer, blend creme cheese, eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat/whisk until smooth and lumpfree
  • my tip: make the cake eggless by skipping the usage of eggs
