Soak the Chana and green moong dal overnight (for 8 hours).
In a mixer grinder grind both the dals. The mixture should not be too fine.
Now take a big bowl pour the dal mixture, chopped onion, salt, turmeric powder, ginger-chili paste, amchoor powder, chopped coriander and mint leaves. Mix them properly.
After that mix the rice powder to the above mixture. Slowly add water into it until a thick consistency batter is formed.
Heat the oil properly in medium flame. Then take small amount of mix in hand and carefully drop it in the oil.
Fry the pakoras in medium and low flame till golden brown. Garnish with red and green sauce.
