Ingredients

Serves 2

  • for cones: 500 gms maida/all purpose flour, salt to taste,3 tsp baking pwdr,2-3 tsp black sesame seeds,4-5 tbsp oil, water as required to knead dough.

  • 1/2 cup milk for brushing

  • for stuffing : 300 gms paneer chopped into small cubes.

  • 4 tbsp pizza sauce.

  • 1 onion finely chopped. 1 capsicum finely chopped. 1/2 cup boiled corn kernels.

  • 3-4 garlic cloves chopped .

  • salt to taste. 1 tsp black pepper pwdr 2 tsp pizza or mixed herbs seasoning

  • 1 tbsp oil . 2 tbsp butter. 2 tbsp maida. 1 cup milk .

  • 5-6 cheese cubes grated

    for cones : in a mixing bowl combine maida, salt ,baking pwdr & black sesame seeds add oil & mix the ingredients well . add water gradually & make a stiff dough. cover with a cling film & let it rest for 3-4 hrs

    Divide the dough into medium lemon sized balls. place the dough on a flat surface & roll out as thin as possible. divide the strips into two parts. grease the outer side of the metal cone & wrap the strip around repeat the same process for all the dough balls .

    preheat oven to 200 degrees . grease a baking tray. brush the wrapped cones with milk & bake for 7-8 minutes . it must be light golden color. once it's done remove the metal cones & let it cool for few minutes.

    for paneer stuffing : heat oil & butter in a saucepan. add garlic & saute for few minutes . add onions, capsicum & cook for few minutes. add maida & cook for few minutes until u get a nice nutty aroma. lower the heat & gradually milk. keep on stirring to avoid lumps . add pizza sauce, chopped paneer, salt, black pepper & boiled corn kernels. mix well & cook for few minutes. add pizza/ mixed herb seasoning remove from heat & let it cool

    final assemble : fill little bit of grated cheese inside the baked cone . fill it with paneer mixture & then again cover the top with grated cheese . repeat the same process for other baked cones as well. bake the stuffed cones again on 180 degress until cheese is melted . serve hot with dips of ur choice.
